The 4th and final DigiPres Webinar in our series recorded Friday, November 17 at 2pm CST with a presentation about the Digital Preservation Network and live Q&A by DPN Executive Director Mary Molinaro. Mary Molinaro serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Service Manager for DPN. Her work and research interests include digital preservation, personal digital archiving, and digital library development. She serves as an instructor and is on the Steering Committee for the Digital Preservation Outreach and Education (DPOE) program at the Library of Congress. Mary has great interest in supporting library infrastructure and planning in developing nations. She has done extensive work with libraries in Ecuador and served as a Fulbright Senior Specialist in Tunisia. Digital Preservation Network LLC(DPN) is a non-profit organization and community of international leaders in research, academia, industry, and government who collaborate on the adoption of innovative technologies. DPN ensures the secure preservation of stored content by leveraging a heterogeneous network that spans diverse geographic, technical, and institutional environments. The Texas Digital Library is a DPN node, and TDL members are waived the $20K membership fee.
