dc.description.abstractThe subject property is located on 15 acres in Northwest San Antonio in a neighborhood made up primarily of townhomes, condominiums and nicer apartment complexes. The project has 350 apartment units with nine floor plans; these vary from one bedroom apartments to three bedroom townhomes. Options such as fireplaces, split levels and various other conveniences will be provided in these units. There is a definite demand for this type of complex. There is an increasing demand and shortage of good rental housing in San Antonio's Northwest Quadrant. This area showed a growth rate of 97.8?S between 1970 and 1979. It also has the highest average income within the city; the median income shows an ability to pay up to $500 per month in rent.
