dc.description.abstractThis manuscript is meant to comprehensively acquaint the reader with the reasons for and requirements of the project under consideration; that acquaintance to include the history and origins of the function which the project houses and/or symbolizes, the characteristics of the peoples who the project will function for, pragmatic demands made on the project by the site, an analysis of the interrelations of the specific spaces within the project, and the approximate sizes of spaces and expected costs, to allow solidification of scope of the project - both conceptual and economic.
