dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this investigation was to determine the optimum sampling time for detection of maximum genotypic differences in 4' and the feasibility of using 4' as a drought screening tool, with the ultimate goal of developing high nitrogen fixing, drought-resistant cowpea cultivars.
