Survey digitization labs in Texas, with the goal to create a picture of their service capacity, focus, and fees, along with any special digitization equipment they may own; collect sample images from different equipment; survey digitization needs among TDL consortium; develop an online directory of community-vetted vendors and public-sector imaging partners; identify funding sources such as grants to assist with digitization projects; develop maintenance plan for data hygiene.
