dc.description.abstract | As the semiconductor industry continues to grow and advance, the cost of testing is also steadily growing. Mixed signal devices can especially difficult to test because of their both analog and digital nature. Digital video decoders are such a device. This thesis examines the capabilities of a low cost tester for testing these types of devices. | |
