dc.description.abstractThis research is a qualitative study examining fusion center databases, their value to the field of criminal justice, and their potential for shared information/education in the future. The research examines the growing trend of information sharing and analysis and describes a fusion center database created by the Center of Criminal Justice Research and Training within the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Texas at Arlington. Secondary data is reviewed and analyzed on current fusion centers to examine their methods of information gathering, analysis, program implementation, and overall mission.en_US
