Managing and protecting our water resources is one of the most pressing long-term issues facing Texas. In addition to population growth, Texas' vulnerability to drought makes long-term water planning both challenging and imperative. As competing interests vie for this limited natural resource, the State struggles to reach solutions that can provide sustainable water for everyone. This report, and the accompanying video, Tecolote, examine the management of Texas groundwater and the impact it has on Tecolote Farms.en
