A group of enthusiasts near Abilene, Texas are turning decommissioned, Cold War-era nuclear missile silos into homes, doomsday shelters, historical monuments and businesses, offering a unique glimpse into the blue-collar, do-it-yourself psyche of a region of Texas forged during the Cold War.
