Differentiating borderline personality disorder from bipolar disorder using the Rorschach Inkblot Test This report studies the routing and scheduling control strategy of a three-class fluid model. A numerical approximation under the [mathematical symbol] scheduling policy is used. Analytical rules are provided to narrow down the optimal strategy under the policy. Numerical results and sensitivity analyses are presented to show how different control strategies perform given different parameters.en
