This concentration of efforts then is the need which necessitates a common place for solar research. This research center would be a place where interested patrons and noted advocates of solar energy could work together and correlate their ideas and discoveries for the advancement of science and technology on an international scale. The center would provide a place for men to compare and combine their works for a better solution. This union of men and ideas would allow the complementing capabilities of researchers to work for a common goal rather than in conflict.
