This was achieved by locating the airline operations on the ground level, the ticketing and gates on the second level, and the different offices on the third level. As for the problems with vehicles, the employees enter the terminal on the apron level, while the public enters on the second level (above the employees). The terminal shape was designed for all airplane circulation and parking to be facilitated around the terminal building. All of the vehicular circulation and parking, is then taken care of within the inside perimeter of the building. This way all of the circulation is separated from one another. For the passenger, once inside the terminal, they go directly to ticketing and then straight through security check to the appropriate gate.Item Item Corpus Christi Aquarium(Texas Tech University, 1980-10) Hines, Chad RaymondThe construction of an aquarium of quality in Corpus Christi is at this time being seriously considered. Seven potential sites were examined. Problems with the sites are discussed. Vulnerability to storm and flooding is a concern in the discussion as well as adjacency to the economic area, site needs, spatial needs, and adequate support. If the project proceeds at the Corpus Christi Peoples Street T-head it will consist of a 6.7 acre landscaped park. There will be parking for 235 cars, outdoor exhibits and displays in a park setting, and a 20,000 square foot aquarium within which the waters of the Gulf of México will be contrasted with the waters of the Caribbean. Estimated cost for the facility is $3,982,000 with an annual operating cost of $214,000. With appropriate promotion and development of revenue sources, an income of $361,000 is projected. Background of the Corpus Christi area, history of the building type, goals and objectives, analysis of activities, and a schedule of activities leading to completion of the project are discussed.Item Program for a Chevrolet Dealership in Corpus Christi, Texas(Texas Tech University, 1977-12) White, JohnnyNot Available.Item The Texas State Aquarium and research facility(Texas Tech University, 1990-08) Burgess, Christopher A.In all things, natural or man-made, the whole of the environment is interwoven with rhythms, movements, and proportions, and through the interplay of these forces, forms are articulated.
