Item Slaying the monsters: Native American spirituality in the works of Tony Hillerman(Texas Tech University, 1998-05) Six, Beverly G.The question "By what means does the Native speak" is one that calls for a careful examination of Native-American narrative forms, for the historical treatment of Native Americans has affected both colonizer and colonized voices in American literature.
