The challenge is: can there be a proper mesh between the economic and environmental forces? The project will address the environmental problems created by the highrise building, and the problems of high land values and construction costs dictating a position conflicting that of environmentally sympathetic architecture. Is it possible to create an office building that will not only limit its impact on the environment, but offer an economically feasible alternative as well?
