This evidence based clinical practice guideline was developed through a systematic review of the literature with consideration of the physiological and operational aspects of the flight environment. Dysmenorrhea can have a significant impact on United States civil and military flight crews. A standardized aeromedical guideline can benefit flight crew members as well as the aeromedial community who cares for them.electronicengCopyright © is held by the author.
