Abstract
This study focuses on RSI, on their features (technical, programming, personnel, ownership, etc.), on their reasons to use the Intemet in their daily operations, on their ability to exploit the available resources and to act as new information resources on the Intemet, and on their level of satisfaction widi this new technology.
Using a simple approach to mass media research-Harold Lasswell's: "Who says what in which channel to whom with what effects?" (Lasswell, 1948), it should be pointed out at this time that an important goal of the study is to indicate "who says," to discover the characteristics of those radio stations that opted for a permanent presence on the Intemet.
