"A plumber" -- a graphical tool for simulating a general plumbing system

Abstract

A-Prolog, the language of logic programs with answer set semantics has emerged as a useful tool for knowledge representation and reasoning in recent years. Plumbing systems are one of the real world applications that are being modeled using A-prolog. The goal of my thesis is to develop a graphical tool using which, modeling of plumbing systems in A-prolog can be done in an easy and effective manner that usually require expertise in A-prolog programming.
