Midland Convention Center

This document concerns itself with research for a convention, cultural center for Midland, Texas. Centers such as this are being built in many cities across the United States and throughout the world because of population growth and, consequently, growth of need. Midland is such a city. It has become the center of business and cultural activities for the Permian Basin and has seen a growth explosion within the past decade. This project will be a great addition to the city's efforts to provide facilities necessary when such substantial growth occurs.
