Assessment of factors limiting successful completion of quantitative courses in the undergraduate hospitality curriculum
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to assess math anxiety performance levels of hospitality undergraduate students at the beginning and termination of their college career. Specifically studied were demographics, math confidence and anxiety levels, math performance ability and the interrelationship between them.
