    Abstract
Crisis communication and facility management are interdependent, and while there is some research in these areas, the research combining these two fields is lacking. This study seeks to explore, through quantitative measures, how these two fields work together. In exploring the different communication channels in a crisis at a facility and researching communication with valuable stakeholders, both crisis communication and facility management will benefit. The main goal of the research is to aid the literature and to establish general guidelines for facility management and crisis communication. By establishing more in-depth literature now, hopefully the research will continue.
