The process of programming continues through the planning and design phase in formulating new ideas. The new ideas are many times the result of preconceived beliefs becoming outdated or irrelevant.

The importance of a program of this type can only be measured when the design process begins. The advantages that the designer receives by having the design information provided in a program format are infinite.
