    Abstract
The purpose of an architectural program is to accumulate and evaluate certain isolated information about man and the environment as well as the function and purpose of the architectural element that is being researched. The process of programming continues through the planning and design phase in formulating new ideas. The new ideas are many times the result of preconceived beliefs becoming outdated or irrelevant. The importance of a program of this type can only be measured when the design process begins. The advantages that the designer receives by having the design information provided in a program format are infinite. The information within this program is to be used only as a guideline for design. No specific design is being supported. The intent of this program is to provide facts, recommandatlons, suggestions and alternatives which should be considered for a better design.
