Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the attitude toward hospitality education and job satisfaction of RHIM program graduates from Texas Tech University, and to determine the relationship between the attitude toward RHIM education and the job satisfaction. Results of the study showed a significant difference in attitude toward RHIM education among respondents based on graduation year, a significant difference in satisfaction toward pay among RHIM graduates based on type of organization by which they were employed. There was no significant difference in attitude toward RHIM and job satisfaction based on gender, age, marital status and job level of respondents. The result also showed a significant relationship between respondents' attitude toward RHIM education and job satisfaction.
