Session 2G | Recommendations for Organizing a Grants Program

Abstract

This presentation will chronicle the adventures of a small team tasked with making recommendations for a fostering a grants program at a R1, ARL library. We will share about our process, challenges, key recommendations, and where we found consensus among teammates and stakeholders as we divined strategies for fostering a healthy and equitable grant-seeking culture. We will also share the questions we left unanswered, and hope to have time for an open discussion with participants in the hope that others working on similar endeavors can learn from our experience and develop future networking opportunities.
