Abstract
This birds of a feather session will provide an opportunity for TCDL attendees who share an interest in geographic information systems (GIS), geospatial data, and maps to come together to share ideas, discuss current trends, and identify opportunities for collaboration. It will be a great chance for attendees to engage in conversation regarding a number of different GIS related topics that are of relevance to the library community including development of geospatial research support services, sharing of geospatial data from library collections, and organization of GIS training opportunities.
