    Abstract
This workshop will share and discuss strategies for assessing an institutional OER program, drawing upon the strategies used at the University of Houston. The presenters will facilitate interactivity encouraging attendees to reflect on their personal and institutional OER goals to inform the selection of appropriate assessment methods. Attendees will gain an understanding of the variety of assessment strategies available for evaluating institutional OER programs, with considerations for local applications. This workshop will have relevant takeaways for those with a role or interest in OER grant or incentive programs, as well as course instructors with an interest in evaluating the impact and effectiveness of OER.
