A Question of Access: Section 508, ADA, and You

In 2018, the U.S. Access Board put into place a revision of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 to incorporate World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0). Since then, state agencies and academic libraries have been struggling to incorporate the new guidelines into collection development for electronic resources. Panelists will discuss ways to reduce institutional risk, improve user experiences, and generally move the needle when it comes to accessibility.
